Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel your registration to Kiddos at any time with no penalty and a full refund of
playgroups not used as long as notification of cancellation is given.
- When no notice is given and, you and your child are not in attendance of the playgroup for 3
playgroups, we will assume you no longer wish to be a part of Kiddos and will remove your child from
the playgroup roster. The remainder of playgroups purchased will be retained by Kiddos.

 | | Prior notification of absence is requested if you are unable to attend a playgroup. If no notification | | | is given one playgroup will be deducted from the remaining playgroups. This is to allow room for
our flexible registrants and also for planning purposes.

|
"Flexible" Registration: This option is for our families that wish to be a part of Kiddos but are unable to commit
to a weekly playgroup. With the "flexible" registration your child's spot in the desired playgroup will not be reserved,
rather you must call or email prior to the playgroup. If the playgroup is not full then your child will be added to the
roster for the day requested. Flexible registrants can purchase playgroup packages or pay as you go.
